Hi, I’ve created a website using Enfold. There seems to be a problem where the site is showing the older version and not changes I’ve made to it. This is only when on specific pages. If i’m on one page, everything looks good including menu items. When I switch to another page, things seem to revert to an older version of the site including the menu items. It happens on multiple computers and devices and using different browsers. WordPress and all the plugins are up to date. The site is http://watersedgeministries.ca/home/
January 3, 2017 at 5:48 pm #729081Hey Jameel,
I checked your site and all the pages except the one in private looks a little different to me because of the extra space below the header image.
This might be due to the margin added to the Color Section. Please try changing the “Section Padding” to “No padding” in the Color Section options.
If the issues persist please share a screenshot of the issue (You can upload the image to http://www.imgur.com and share the link here.) and a precise link where we can inspect the element.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 3, 2017 at 6:20 pm #729097I am having the same problem on agentrising.com
I added several menu items, including “Chat with us LIVE” which only appears when I am logged in.
any thoughts?

January 3, 2017 at 10:45 pm #729199Hi!
Thank you for the screenshots. Please let me know if the browser in which you are viewing this is not zoomed out to something like 90% if so please make sure the browser zoom is at 100%
What is the screen resolution you are viewing this issue on ?
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 4, 2017 at 3:36 am #729237The browser is at 100%. This happens on different browsers on different computers as well as mobile devices.
January 4, 2017 at 6:24 pm #729561Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 4, 2017 at 6:32 pm #729564I deactivated all the plugins and did the hard refresh. That seems to have fixed it.
Thank you.
January 5, 2017 at 7:16 am #729752Hi,
Great, glad you got it working. Let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 12, 2017 at 7:12 pm #732791So it’s happening again. I changed the primary and secondary nav menu and I now find the old nav menu content is showing in of a few of the pages. I tried the hard refresh and I also removed all plugins. Nothing seems to work this time.
January 13, 2017 at 7:33 am #733006Hi,
Sorry to hear that, could you post examples of where the menu is displaying wrong please?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 13, 2017 at 5:24 pm #733228Here are the screen shots. The first shows the home page with the menu items that are current. The 2nd screen shot is of the volunteer page which is still picking up the previous version of the menu. The previous menu is also displayed when on the About us page and Location page.

Volunteer page: http://watersedgeministries.ca/volunteer/January 17, 2017 at 7:35 am #734518Hi,
Thanks for the links. I get the same menu on both those pages, did you try clearing your browser cache or try to open your site in an incognito browser?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 17, 2017 at 4:27 pm #734785Hi, i’ve cleared the browser cache and tried opening it in the incognito window and I still get the different menus.
January 20, 2017 at 8:07 am #736280Hi,
The menu links are the same for both pages however the only difference I can see is donate button, the other one is in capital letters while the other one only has the first letter in capital. Can you give us temporary admin access on your site? so we can inspect further. Just post the details in “private content” so only moderators can see. Also would you give us permission to deactivate any plugins if it’s necessary.
Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 20, 2017 at 11:26 pm #736669So the Donate menu link I initially had was pointed to a donation form on another site (custom link, the all caps version). I then decided to change that and have the Donate menu link go to a page with info on there and a Donate Now button at the bottom of that page (this is a page on the site, only D capitalized version). For some reason, the Donate link changes depending on which page i’m currently viewing. When i’m logged in on the backend, everything works fine.
Feel free to deactivate the plugin. There is only one. I deleted the other hoping it would solve the problem.
January 27, 2017 at 8:43 pm #739563Hi,
login link you’ve provided is not available. Can you check please? It says that the DNS address of your server was not found.
Best regards,
Andy -
