I attempted to restore a revision while working on one of my pages. After restoring, I am unable to view any of the body content from that page. I can only see the header and the footer. When going to the page editor for that same page, the avia layout builder is in a constant loading loop (loading wheel is all I get).

When comparing my revisions from before and after the page was working, I see one line changed after updating the revision history.

    Before restoring revision history:
    [av_section min_height=’75’ min_height_px=’500px’ padding=’huge’ shadow=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border=’no-border-styling’ scroll_down=’aviaTBscroll_down’ id=” color=’main_color’ custom_bg=” src=’http://mywebsite.com/testpage/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/blog.jpg’ attachment=’494′

    After restoring revision history:
    [av_section min_height=’75’ min_height_px=’500px’ padding=’huge’ shadow=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border=’no-border-styling’ scroll_down=’aviaTBscroll_down’ id=” color=’main_color’ custom_bg=” src=’http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-startup/files/2015/02/blog.jpg’ attachment=’494′

    Hey kfein14,

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Thanks for the reply!

I updated my theme to the latest version. However, this did not fix the issues I’m having.

    Hi,

after restoring click “Update”. I tested it on your side and it’s working fine for me.
