    Hi,
    Firstly, I wish you an excellent year 2017. Health and success in your internet projects.

    Here is the link of my “error message” just before entering my identifiers

    What I have already done by asking the questions here -> @kriesi

    Here are their answers that have not worked:

    – Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files

    -Please add following code to functions.php file in Appearance> Editor:

    Add_theme_support (‘avia_no_session_support’);

    Has anyone ever had this problem? Which solution

    Hey Ripoll,

    Those 2 answers given have worked in most cases, do you have a caching plugin enabled? can you try to deactivate it and see if the issue still persists? if it does, can you give us temporary ftp access, so we can take a look at the theme files and enable wordpress debug. Also, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Yes I have a caching plugin I disable it and delete it. I have the same problem.

    Hi,

    I checked the files and enabled debugger and I couldn’t locate where the root of the problem originates, can you try to disable all plugins and check if the issue still persists? if it is can you try clearing temporary files in /web/passionducyclis/session/ the issue seems to be similar on what is in this forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/o_rdwr-failed-sessionsave_path-is-correct-tmp/ or try to contact your host regarding this issue.

    Nice, now it’s ok. I disable all the plugin and I enable them one by one …And the winner is : Captcha by BestWebSoft !
