black screen on youtube video backgrounds

Hi, I have been having a play around with the video backgrounds. I found a video which works perfectly in my site and I am really hoping I can use it. The big issue is, in the couple of seconds that it takes to load the video, I get a big ugly black background on my otherwise clean white site.

Is there a way around this?

I have tried adding a background colour to the element and a plain white title as the background image but no joy, still a massive black background until the video loads.
