I purchased support for the Enfold theme and no matter what I do, I cannot log in. I tried using my regular login for my Envato account…I tried using the Lost Password feature at https://kriesi.at/support/…and it still won’t let me log in…? I have a very time sensitive issue that I need support for and I can’t even open a support ticket.

YigitThe link you sent will NOT accept the purchase code as belonging to me. I took a screen shot to show you, but I don’t see any way to attach it here. This is so unnecessarily complicated – I paid for support and I need that support now. I have a very time-sensitive project and the Enfold theme features are not working properly.
Please help me instead of sending links that do not work…I have already stated that your login feature is not allowing me to login. I have been trying to obtain support help since 11:30 today. I changed the details in my Envato account in an effort to successfully login to your support forum and it still will not allow me to.
