Can you please post a link to page where you are getting this error?

YigitDecember 22, 2016 at 3:52 pm #727559Hello Yigit , you can see the error in http://projeto.celsovieira.com.br/danca-de-salao/grade-de-aulas/
If i disable the enfold theme , the same page open without this error.
December 22, 2016 at 4:21 pm #727571Hi!
Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
Also, have you tried contacting plugin authors regarding the issue? They should have better insight on what could be causing it :)Cheers!
YigitDecember 22, 2016 at 4:26 pm #727573Hello Yigit ! Loving your fast replies :D
I’ve contacted already , but for some reason they are in Vietnam , and cant access my website for some reason because the response time is too slow between our internet providers.
When i saw the plugin working fine on twenty theme , i was thinking that someone here can help or say where the problem can be found.
This is a emergency issue for me, since christmas is coming D:
December 22, 2016 at 4:30 pm #727574Hey!
Great :)
Unfortunately, i am getting “Server said: PWD: Permission denied. Error -124: PWD failed” error when i try to connect via FTP :/ Can you please check it once again?
Issue is JS related. It would be a lot faster for plugin authors to finger point the issue and we do not really provide support 3rd party plugins but we never mind taking a quick look :)Best regards,
YigitDecember 22, 2016 at 4:46 pm #727580Hello my friend Yigit !
I have changed our security to allow external IPs, can you try again ?
December 22, 2016 at 6:00 pm #727598Hi!
I added following code to functions.php file and that seemed to help. Please review your website now :)
We still would recommend you to contact plugin authors as this is not the best way to solve the issue.Cheers!
YigitDecember 22, 2016 at 6:52 pm #727617My friend Yigit , you are a live saver !! :D
I am going to contact the plugin authors and send your way to make it works , even if the visual got strange and for some reason the page is loading sooooo slow.
I am proud to say that i have no regrets from purchasing your theme with that amazing support!
Happy christmas for you and the enfold support team :D
December 22, 2016 at 8:03 pm #727634Hello my friend!
You are welcome! :) You can inform plugin authors that loading scripts in head section solved the issue. They might need to change where they load them
For your information, you can take a look at Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
And if there are features that you wish Enfold had, you can request them and vote the requested ones here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
For any other questions or issues, feel free to post them here on the forum and we will gladly try to help you :)Happy holidays!
Regards,
