    Hi – I am trying to set a custom structure in the Permalink settings so it will work with a plug in I’m using. Everytime I select Custom and Save it immediately goes back to Post. I tried to change it to Plain and that worked, but I can’t figure out why I can’t use Custom. Any ideas I can try?

    When you use the custom option, you are editing the text box with your custom permalink actions?

    Yes I changed the custom permalink to “listing” but the associated post is not showing. See URL below. Thanks! Anna

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
