RTL problem + FireFox

Hi GreenMan!

1- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.rtl .logo img {
    float: left;
}
.rtl .logo {
    width: 100%!important;
}
.rtl #advanced_menu_toggle, .rtl #advanced_menu_hide {
    right: 0;
    left: auto;
}}

2- It shows up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
