    Dear Christian,

    I purchased Enfold and Support. This is the license key:

    Would you be able to manually subscribe me to the Kriesi.at ticket support system. My email account: (Email address hidden if logged out) is not being recognized as known.

    My Envato username is: EnvatoLogin2015. If I use it for the “lost password” function, no email is sent to my email box to create a new password. I´m a bit lost here.

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
