    Hey Basilis,
    when I go into Edit Column, I want to add a link, so it opens a page from my website. But, when I go into image settings and press LINKS SETTING, it is not possible to place the link in the area where it say:

    Image Link?
    Where should your image link to?

    I have some screenshots but can I send these to you?

    Here you have it. Likewise, the effect with the “SONAR” – like effect done´t work when you change the icon, or write some new text.
    Link attached in the private content, where you can see the first one has been changed and the effect does´t work.

    Hi,

    please stick to one questions/issue only and feel free to open a new ticket for something else. I checked your ALB and something is wrong when editing image element. Please deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    You must understand, that not everyone who buy the Enfold Theme are professional. I have found out, that when installing “the easy way” a lot of things are missing in this theme. I have spend A LOT of wasted time on this, and now you want me to install it via FTP???
    If installing via FTP is the ONLY way to get this Theme correctly, you should tell people before they buy it.
    Likewise….even if it is another “tread”, you are not able to watch video slide on iPhones, which I can´t find anywhere. Now I have to remove the video-slide I have in my introduction because it´s for no use.

    As far as I can see, the plugins I have installed is plugins that is recommended by Kriesi.

    I am, as you probably found out, not very happy with the Enfold Theme…..and I really regret I already bought it.

    Hi,

    you don’t need to install the theme via FTP. We only recommend to do this if there are any corrupted files. So please follow the instructions and let us know how things go for you.
