My problem is similar to some others who have posted their problems here.
Recently upgraded to WP4.7 and Enfold3.8.3. Have done few pages update without problem. Just now after updating a particular page (added a color section, 3 columns layout and text and image blocks), successfully saved but the page never load, spinning logo stays there.
What I have done so far:
1. Checked other pages. They load OK.
2. Disable all plugins. Problem remains.
3. Clear cache on browser and use other browser with cache cleared. Try the same page. Not ok.
4. Upgraded Enfold to 3.8.4 and retried above. Not ok.
5. Followed Enfold documentation to download latest Enfold zip file from themeforest and uploaded to server and replaced the existing enfold folder. Retried above. Problem remains.Temp admin login created for your troubleshooting.

Iframe in your text block element seems to be the culprit. I turned on debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and removed the iframe now the page loads just fine.
You can add your Youtube video using Video Element under Media Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder :)

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply and support!
The reason I use iframe is to prevent showing relevant videos at the end of the video since Video Element cannot do that and I would prefer not to use another plugin for that purpose.
Also, I have been using iframe for Youtube Videos in some other pages without problems. In fact, this is the first time I have ever experienced problems with Enfold, which has been very stable.Wondering if this is to do with WP4.7/Enfold 3.8.x.
Until the root cause is identified, do you recommend preventing to use any iframe in Enfold at all?Thanks again.

I’m aware of that from other tickets as this is quite a common thread. While I understand this can be a workaround, I prefer not to use it because of the following reasons.
1. In my view, the fewer the plugins, the easier to troubleshoot and less chance of encountering problems in a WP site. I would only use a plugin only when it is the only option (without coding).
2. iframe youtube video has been used for quite some time already in Enfold created pages. Only until the recent update that it seems not working. I would (I believe some other friends here too) really like to know the root cause of this. If it is confirmed that iframe with youtube is no longer compatible with WP4.7 and/or Enfold (latest version), then I will not use that anymore and I would have start updating other pages by taking all iframe youtube out.I totally understand where you’re coming from and I really appreciate your suggestion. But root cause I believe is more important to prevent future similar incidents.

Thank you for using Enfold.
1.) The plugin is quite small and all it does is append or set the “rel” parameter to false or 0.
2.) Could you please re-create the issue in the page? I tried to access the site but the login credentials above are not working anymore.

Thanks for the info. I could not reproduce the issue after Yigit fixed it by taking out the iframe and even after I put it back. Anyway, I have installed the plugin. Let’s close the ticket for now. Thanks for all the help. Really appreciate it.
