To whom it may concern,
I recently purchased another copy of your enfold theme to convert a client’s old wordpress site. While attempting to recreate the pages I have been unable to get the advanced page editor to work. It either gives me the spin wheel of death, won’t switch from the default editor, or doesn’t save or show the changes I make when it does appear to be working.
I have the latest enfold version installed and am at a loss.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Matt
December 14, 2016 at 3:17 pm #724297Hey Matt!
Can you please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
There was a PHP7.1 related issue and we fixed it with this update.Best regards,

BasilisDecember 16, 2016 at 9:10 pm #725542Hey!
Please try de-activating all active plugins and flush browser cache – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
If that too does not help, please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into the issueCheers!
YigitDecember 16, 2016 at 10:20 pm #725566I’ve made both attempts at correcting the issue with the plug-ins, cache, and additional code to the functions.php
I am still having the same issues with the theme’s page builder. I’ve included my ftp information and wp-login credentials
December 16, 2016 at 10:31 pm #725568Please notice that when editing a page or creating a new one, you can’t jump back an forth from the default editor to the advanced layout editor as well as save advanced editor content.
December 18, 2016 at 9:49 pm #725908Just wanted to follow up on the page builder issue and see if there was any solution to using your theme on this website.
December 18, 2016 at 11:54 pm #725925Hey!
Can you please try adding following code to wp-config.php file near top and check if that helps?
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
FTP logins did not work for me

YigitDecember 20, 2016 at 5:00 am #726395This did not work either. The FTP needs to be a secure SFTP to log in
December 22, 2016 at 7:08 am #727405Hello Yigit,
I wanted to follow up and see if the FTP information worked. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue. I’ve never had issues with your theme on the other sites I’ve purchased it for. I would hate to have to delete the entire site, just to start over with the page builder.

MattDecember 24, 2016 at 12:20 pm #728130Hi,
are we allowed to temporarily deactivate all your plugins? I still think this issue is caused by a conflict with a plugins.
However, also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
Andy -
