    Hello,
The content on my homepage disappears when I attempt to add more (content) below a certain point on the page. There is really no rhyme or reason as to why it’s happening (at least to me), but it is. I’ve updated WP, as well as the theme and the issue persists.

Also, I am having issues with the testimonials. Whenever I attempt to use an option outside of the grid, the content disappears… and when I use it, along with images for respective customers/quotes, the text is emboldened.

    Please advise.
    Thanks!

    Hi kreativesouls!

Can you please provide us access to the backend of your web site, so we can be able to take a look?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi,

Thanks for the details though we need admin right to be able to see all content, could you upgrade the account please? Also, on what page are you having this problem? The problem you are having sounds like there is open or broken html markup on the page so please look for anything like that in the content above the place where it’s breaking. For example:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for that, this is likely your problem:

    <b>SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!<b></b>

Please change it to this instead:

    <strong>SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!</strong>

    Best regards,
    Rikard

that didn’t work. this is what happened:

    disappearing content

So… I restored a previous edit, along with your suggestion, which removed the emboldened red text for the testimonials. However, the content below the testimonials disappeared once again.

    Hi,

I cleaned up and fixed your broken code and I added a Special Heading element under the testimonials, it’s working as expected. Please try to add your other content again and please mind the markup so that it doesn’t break again.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
