Two days ago I purchased a template Enfold by Kriesi, because I thought
the license for using the same template I bought a year ago has expired.
I reinstalled the project, but I couldn’t use the new template and then
I found out the problem was elsewhere – related to auto-install.
You can verify the above facts based on my account information.
I would like to ask for a refund on the newly purchased template.

Since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato/ThemeForest, they are the ones who should give you a refund for the extra theme. Please contact Envato support.
