Still haven't recieved a reset for account and answer to theme problem

I have purchased & installed the enfold theme, installed the church demo version and purchased events pro. It seems the website is having a lot of issues on loading, editing etc, it was OK to begin with, but the problem seems to be escalating and the site is live.

I have tried to post in support, but your website won’t let me log into my account, if I try to reset password I don’t receive the email. If you can please let me know what the problem is ASAP, it would be appreciated.
