    Hello there

    I just purchased a new theme Enfold on themeforest, downloaded the WordPress Zip file as usual and wanted to install it, it is unfortunately not working – any idea why? I installed the theme already several times and never had this problem

    Hi Papillon16!

    What exactly is the issue you are having?
    Please try installing the theme manually via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/

    If you would like us to install it for you, please post WP admin and FTP logins here privately. Also, please upload enfold.zip file on your server and tell us the path :)

    Hello there

    I have another question: After creating an API Key for google maps I still get the following error message:
    Hoppla! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten.
    Google Maps wurde auf dieser Seite nicht richtig geladen. Technische Details dazu entnimmst du der JavaScript-Konsole.

    Do you have any idea why?

    Hi There

    I have another question: When I try to upload some pictures (jpg / 320f KB) I get the message HTTP-Fehler
    Do you have any Idea why? I’ve tried different formats and sizes and it only happens with some pictures

    Could you upload an image you are having problem with to a service like google drive or dropbox so that we can access it and try to reproduce the error please?
