    Recently purchased Thrive Content Builder Suite to work together with our Enfold Theme WordPress site. The Enfold and Thrive software had a conflict. Apparently there is a problem with the embed.js from Enfold Theme. This is the message we received from Thrive Theme’s Support:
    Hello,
    There was a conflict between the cache plugin that you have installed and
    your theme.
    Therefore from the header and footer scripts -> header section I have
    removed these lines:
    <script type=”text/javascript”
    src=”//s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js” data-dojo-config=”usePlainJson: true,
    isDebug: false”></script>
    <script type=”text/javascript”>require([“mojo/signup-forms/Loader”],
    function(L) {
    L.start({“baseUrl”:”mc.us13.list-manage.com”,”uuid”:”5d4a27b3b54c072d0bafddb0e”,”lid”:”a16e
    and from the header.php file in your theme I have commented out this line: (

    Somehow the embed.js from your theme generated some errors in the console.
    Since it was a problem in your theme, please also contact the theme
    developers and let them know about this issue because on the next theme update the
    problem will reappear.

    The above changes that the Thrive developers made to our website solved the issues we were having.
    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Rachel

    Hey hbarsky,

    Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    However Enfold does not come with any caching plugin.

    You can try to check if any other plugins are causing a conflict.

    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins (and Activate only the Thrive Content Builder plugin).
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay
