Hi
Plugins using location services on Google Maps are not working with Enfold.
When I activate 2014 theme or similar – the location services work fine.
Google Maps API Key installed.
Please advise.

Please elobarate the issue. Are you using a 3rd party plugin or is it the google maps in Enfold theme that has an issue?
If it is the 3rd party plugin please contact the plugin author.
If it is enfold theme options that you are not able to view the GPS location
Try the API key in private message if it works fine get a new one from the Google API key please refer to this link
If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*
before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*
Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services
Best regards,
VinayDecember 2, 2016 at 11:48 am #719617Hi There
The maps element of the enfold theme works fine because, as I said, the Key is installed.
ALL other mapping third party plugins I have tried have an issue with Enfold and not other themes. These include:
From Code Canyon:
Map List Pro
Sabai Directory PluginFrom WordPress Respository:
Business Directory Plugin
Connections Business Directory
Geo DirectoryAll have an issue when performing a location search and we are unable to drop a pin. A vital part of the system we use.
All these plugins work fine on our site using other themes but not with Enfold. This would suggest the issue lies with Enfold – not these 5 plugins listed.
Does that help elaborate?
December 3, 2016 at 6:36 am #719996Hi,
I think there will be a conflict if multiple Google Maps API keys are used unfortunately, could you post a link to your site so that we can check if that is the case please?

Yes
link to site in PMDecember 8, 2016 at 6:55 am #721831Hi,
Thanks for that, you are getting this error message on the contact page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#retired-version, I’m not a 100% sure what that means or how to fix it to be honest though.
Best regards,
Rikard -
