    Hi there,
The Contact form wasn’t working on one of the pages of my website so I added the Contact Form 7 as suggested. Only, now I can’t do the things that Contact Form has built in. Basically I want to send a message with a link it it as a thank you when people sign up and then have it send them to another page on my website rather than just hang on the page.

I’m trying to get email addresses, so offering a free download.

The page I’m working on with the contact form is jessicapayne.us/authenticity

Sorry to jump in on this thread – but I had my forms set up and they were working great. Someone would submit info through the contact us page, an auto-responder would be emailed to them saying…blah, blah, blah. Then another email would be sent to me with the information the contact form was collecting. It worked great. NOW…it doesn’t work, and I can’t figure out what happened. Ok…rephrase that…It worked great when I had the site in test mode. Now that it is live, it doesn’t work. What happens now is that the person filling in the information and sending the contact form, receives the email that is supposed to be sent to me and they do not get the auto responder email.

Again, sorry to jump in here but I can’t seem to find any support for this and cannot justify hiring someone for what I know is a super easy fix.

I wish I could help but I gave up on this feature. Huge frustration with contact forms in this theme. I use Gmail and no idea why it won’t work.

It did twice and now nothing.

    Hi,

    please check out this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/

I think what you’re looking for can be found in services like Mailchimp.

    Best regards,
    Andy
