    Export function in Layerslider is not working. It creates empty zip files.

    Hi,

    I checked on my own installation and it’s working fine. So I guess a plugin might cause the issue. Deactivate all of them to check this.

    If this doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    1. i disabled all plugins and tried again, but again i have an empty zip file
    2. i reupload the files and tried again but still have empty zip file.

    Hi,

    Reuploading is not sufficient. Please delete all files completey at first.
    I tested it on my end and it’s working as expected. Would be difficult for us to be able to help you, if we can’t reprouce the issue on our end.
