Hey,
I want submenu items to be toggleable! So that you have to click on a Main menu item first to open the sub.
The reason is, that I have a VERY large tree otherwise and nobody scrolls down to see everything. Is that doable?
Kind regards,
Luca

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu and check “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”

YigitApril 13, 2017 at 7:05 pm #777467Sure thing,
The site is below. You’ll see on the homepage there is only one submenu, under Work. On mobile it’s currently always open, and other pages there are going to be around 6+ submenus so the menu would become quite large.
Thanks
April 17, 2017 at 4:43 pm #778807Hi haydaw,
It’s not all the submenus that are going to be open, only those for current menu item, so it should not be that bad. I think, we should have a look when you implement it and see, it it’s working or not.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

Currently even when you visit the home page all sub menu items are open on mobile.
Please visit http://dev.andrewmorrallarchitect.com/ to see the menu.

April 28, 2017 at 2:53 pm #784593Hi,
Unfortunately it is currently not easily possible to apply such changes. Your main menu items already have links and clicking on them should navigate to respective pages.
Upcoming major Enfold update will focus on improving mobile experience. New features are always kept a secret not to ruin the surprise however i am pretty sure our dev team will revisit mobile menu :)
Also, please feel free to request – or vote if already requested – such feature on Enfold feature request form.

YigitJuly 21, 2019 at 1:07 pm #1120614Hi, regarding the below:
Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu and check “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items”
Is it possible to do the same with Desktop view? I would like to have the parents manu not clickable. Is the only solution the one of creating a Custom menu with # on the URL or do you have a tick/untick option for the desktop view as you have it for the mobile view?

MarcoJuly 22, 2019 at 3:22 pm #1120868Hi Marco,
Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you. If the parent items are not clickable you need to have sib-items showing at all times.

VictoriaJuly 22, 2019 at 3:48 pm #1120899Hi Victoria,
I actually solved creating the menu item with a # URL so it does direct me to nowhere but I can still open the below sub-levels.Thanks for your help anyway :-)
