1- Yes, you can find Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/. Also, if you would like us to install the theme for you, we can do it but please note that we cannot install WordPress for you.
2- Yes, you can use custom codes or plugins to add a chat tool
3- Yes, after purchasing the theme on ThemeForest, you can simply go to downloads section to download it. You can also insert ThemeForest username and API key in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
4- No, there are not such restrictions.
