Hi,
On my frontpage I use different element. Strang thing when editing a textbox in a content box and update the page, the Content sections below disappear, they just vanish, get deleted!?! The Partner/logo element (in content section) and Accordeon slider disappear.
I created a temp admin account, so you can check it out.

I created a test page and checked for the issue there was no problem. Please check the link in private if you like to edit the textblock in the test page.
The issue on the homepage could be due to the shortcode or a html tag which is not properly closed.
Please enable debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Copy the page shortcode to another blank page and check for any shortcodes that’s not properly closed.
If that does not work for you please re-create the homepage without missing any opening or closing tags.
