    Hi,
    after changing the server I get some error messages which I could not stop.
    Notice: Undefined index: index in …/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/buttons_fullwidth.php on line 346
    Notice: Undefined index: index in …/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 386
    Notice: Undefined index: index in …/wp-content/themes//enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 389
    Notice: Undefined index: index in …/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 392

    In additional I register an extra widget above widget area.
    After changing the server I get also an error. I could solve it in frontend.
    But the whole widget area is still messy so I think something still goes wrong
    The site is in maintenance mode, so I give you a login as private note.

    Could you help please

    Hi tbp,

    I couldn’t see any error message on the back- or front-end, where are you seeing them? Also, please make sure to add a NSFW tag or something similar to sites like these.

    The problem for Point 1 +2 is in frontend and for 3 in backend:

    The error messages are still there.
    You have to look under the Tab Noch Fragen for the link you choose
    This was my info:

    The other error messages are much easier to find just on the top of the page. Follow the link 2

    Hi Nikko,

    I came from php version to 5.6 to 7.0 now.
    php 5.6 is not the solution.

    I add an extra footer in the past and everything works fine. But maybe I made something wrong…

    Any other ideas?

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi,
    I already did this but I have not deleted fils I have just installed a new Enfold version But now I will try it again deleting all files before.

    Hi,

    Nothing helps. I downloaded a fresh new version deleted all old files and have installed enfold new.
    Purge all caches also Browser and disconected cdn.
    Nothing helps.
    The same error messages then before.

    Please have you got an other idea?

    Hi!

    Can you try to delete cache and also remove super cache, instructions can be found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/other_notes/ let us know if the issue is resolved after doing it.
