    Hello!

I have a custom footer set up with locations and phone numbers. Apparently Edge browser automatically detects phone numbers and overrides styling, and it looks awful.

I would like the numbers to be click-to-call capable on mobile devices (so I don’t want to turn off this functionality altogether), but I want the styling to match the site.

How can I fix this in the child theme? The solution to turn it off in this thread by adding to the site header does work, but I’m not sure how to adjust my footer functions file to get the styling right: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31978346/remove-microsoft-edges-phone-number-styling

    Can you help?

    Hi Julie!

Can you post a screenshot on how it looks on the edge browser on your end? you can upload it in http://imgur.com/ or dropbox and post the link here.

    Regards,
    Nikko

Actually, never mind– I just realized I can apply a different solution in the stack overflow thread to solve this problem.

Sorry to have troubled you with this! You can close this thread.
