On our website, the MP3 icon has a red diagonally striped band that covers the > for starting the audio. We are using Enfold’s built in audio player. This problem is recent. Here is one of the pages where this issue is visible https://www.ravenfoundation.org/lessons-hitlers-rise-power-interview-dr-robert-ericksen/ Our tech has tried all solutions listed in the Forum, but nothing has resolved the issue. Help!

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

AndyNovember 16, 2016 at 9:42 pm #713200My tech had already done the caching work before I contacted you. The plugin test revealed an old, unused plugin MediaElement.js – HTML5 Audio and Video causing the problem. Thanks for your help.
