    My portfolio images are set to use “display the big image in a lightbox”, but when you click on one it opens the image in the same window, not in a lightbox popup? What am I missing?

    No luck. It may be a problem with something missing on the host. Can you tell me what is required on the host end to make this work? Are there any specific libraries or functions enabled?

    It should work out of the box, could you post a link to the site in question please? We might need access to the backend as well, so please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
