Hi,
When a user click on the forgot password in the frontend and fills username / email (/login/)
he gets email with a link.
http://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=K5qKhqGuUfTFeHKukSQz&login=
1. The link is missing the username – so when the user goes to the link it ask him again to fill username / email.
This way the user need to fill again and again get an email of reset password
The second email includes the username
http://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=K5qKhqGuUfTFeHKukSQz&login=myusername
How can I change the url so the link will include the username?
2. The email is sent in plain text format so the user can’t click the link.
How can I change the format of the email to HTML?
Hey nermoz,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
Nikko
