    Hi!

The internal anchor links do not work in my responsive menu while they work perfectly on normal mode. There must be an option or setting I can’t find… Could you help me?

    Thanks,
    Vanessa Almao

    Hey!

I’m sorry for the late response. Jordan is no longer part of the team, unfortunately. Anyway, I checked the site and the mobile menu is hidden. I would like to disable the css but the Appearance > Editor panel is disabled for the user. Please give us full admin access so that we can check the site. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site?

    Cheers!

    Hi Ismael,

As I told Jordan in previous messages, we granted full admin access to the user created for you. Hence, there is ittle more we can do on that… :( Please tell me if there is something we have missed and can do to help you solve the problem. Please be gentle with changes… the site is live online :)

    Cheers !!

    Hi,

the plugin list inside your backend is missing. We need to make sure that no plugin is causing this issue. So again: are we allowed to deactivate all of them temporarily? if yes then please make them available to us. We need to be able to make some tests. Also update the theme to v3.8.4.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi,

Both theme and wordpress are updated and you are allowed to deactivate plugins temporarily, but please we need to see the menu in mobile as soon as possible.

    Thanks,
    Vanessa

    Hi!

Please add Fullwidth Sub Menu element to your page with your anchor links and choose to hide it on desktop by referring to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/

    Yigit
