The highlighted element/blank space between the pink buttons and the footer is not accounted for in Avia Layout Builder. This only occurs on the homepage. Other pages have the buttons flush with the footer.

Can you please edit your homepage, add a 1/1 column element where currently the whitespace is, update your page then remove that 1/1 column element and update your page once again and check if that helps. If not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.
