    I loaded the theme and updated it to the most current version on a new instance of WordPress. I keep getting this message: The adventuresafetyrentals.com page isn’t working

    adventuresafetyrentals.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    My host provider tells me it is a WordPress or theme compatibility issue or an access file issue. I have multiple sites hosted with my provider, all WordPress and all Enfold. They are all running properly except for this one. I am not sure where to start. Can you point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I checked the error log and found these errors. Are these something that need to be fixed within the theme?

    Please ensure that the file permissions for the WordPress files are set correctly. https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

    If that does not help, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend and FTP credentials as well.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
