Hi, I’m having a problem I’ve never seen before in the backend of WP. All the images in the Avia Layout builder are broken, which makes it pretty much impossible to edit the pages, etc. The images in the theme options are broken too.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
VinayHi Vinay, I’ve done that but it hasn’t made any difference.
Is there a way to check that this is definitely the problem?Also, take a look at this… if you try to add a button with the Avia Layout Builder, the icon font is broken too.

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi, I’ve completely deleted the theme and then replaced with a fresh download from Themeforest. There were no failed transfers, but the problem is still there.
