Sorry to start off so frustrated, but I’ve already tried everything I could find in your knowledgebase to install Enfold. The WordPress uploader stalls, so it changed the php.ini – first to 124M then to 1000M – no luck. I purchase a ftp app (no free ones for iPad) for iOS and tried to copy the unzipped files that way – no luck. I spent two hours with tech support with the FTP company trying everying to complete the file transfer, which ran twelve times overnight, but only succeeded in transferring over about half of the files. I then spent another two hours with BlueHost troubshooting. They finally through up their arms and delclared that they are not obligated to support third-party themes. Please help, I’m about six hour and $10 extra dollars into this and don’t even have the theme loaded. Whew….

October 23, 2016 at 5:54 pm #703025Hi Catherine!
Sorry to hear about that!
What exactly is the issue you are having? Can you please post WordPress admin logins and FTP logins here privately so we can try installing the theme for you? Also, please upload enfold.zip file on your server and tell us where we can find it.
Cheers!
YigitOctober 23, 2016 at 9:46 pm #703069I’ve looked through the error logs and can’t pinpoint the issue. From a layman standpoint the problem is that I can’t upload the Enfold Theme files. If I use the WP loader it just hangs. If I look on the server, only the enfold folder gets created, that’s it. If I use FTP the files do not transfer in thier entirety – I get layerslider and a few other files. Private info requested is below:
October 23, 2016 at 9:49 pm #703070Can’t copy the enfold.zip to the server for you to find because that’s the problem. I can’t load it to the server. Tried putting where it belongs – in themes, also under the root. No luck.
October 24, 2016 at 7:28 am #703140Hi,
It seems that the theme has been uploaded but something went wrong if you look under Appearance->Themes:
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
enfold Stylesheet is missing.Could you try to delete it there and try again maybe?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 24, 2016 at 10:52 am #703190I have, many-multiple times, as I’ve explained in the thread above. That’s the problem!! I can’t copy the files to my web host server via Uploader, FTP or any other means. Please let me know what the next step is. I can give you access to the enfold.zip file on my Dropbox, but it seems you should have the install files if you are Team Kriesi Support??
At this point, I’d like you to copy the UNZIPPED ENFOLD files to the FTP location I gave you in the private part of this thread. That’s all. I can activate the theme and all the rest from there.
Please read all posts entirely in this thread before responding. I’m not trying to be difficult, it’s just that I’ve spent many, many hours trying to get the theme loaded.
