I get the spinning wheel in the content area and it wouldn’t allow me to edit/add any new content. The spinning wheel is there forever.
I’ve disabled all plugins. not fixed.
I have switched to a year 2016 wordpress standard theme. Content box issue fixed.
also cannot edit page permalink.
I also have deactivated all the plugins. then i ctrl shift 5, also hold ctrl f5. left the plugins all deactivated, still did not fix issue.

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
