    Hi,

    I am working on a site redesign using Enfold Lifestyle Blog theme, I imported all the posts and images from the old site. the posts are working ok but when I go to media library I don’t see any of the imported images. I checked new site via Filezilla (fttp) I can see that all the images and folders are there and have the right permission.
    I tried to disable plugins but that didn’t solve the problem.
    note: when I upload new images from media library they are showing ok.

    Can you help me please.

    Hey maynaom,

    How did you import the images? If you only copy them into the uploads folder they won’t be registered in the database of the new site.

    Hi Rikard,
    Thank you for your fast reply. I imported the images and posts using the importer tools from dashboard (backend). I checked through FileZilla they were there but not showing in my Media Library in the dashboard.
    I hope my explanation makes sense.

    Hi,

    Ok, I’m guessing you mean the default WordPress tools? That functionality has nothing to do with our theme so we’re not really experts on the area, but maybe you could try performing the import again to see if that helps? If not I would try posting your problem a general WordPress forum instead since you are more likely to get more help there.
