    Hello,

It seems internet explorer 10 is having a fit with the columns on one of our websites. I can’t find a related problem on the boards so I thought I would ask in a new thread. :-)

    Thanks!

    Hey Ccommunity,

I asked my teammates to check your website on IE10. Please kindly wait to hear from them :)

    Best regards,

    Hi,

If you are using any custom html code on the page please make sure all tag’s are properly closed. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Here you go:

As far I can see there are no unclosed tags on the website.

I loaded the web site with Internet Explorer but could not locate any issue.
Can you let provide us a screenshot?

    Thanks a lot

    Error in Explorer 10

    Hi,

I can’t reproduce the issue on IE11 and IE10 emulation. Is the popup maker plugin working properly on your IE10? The markup of the plugin might be breaking the layout of the page if it’s not working on the browser.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello again,

We are working on a new version of the website. And we removed the popup on the side. The problem is still there though… (link in private content section)

    The way it looks here:

    Hi!

Does it appear on all pages or just a specific page? I tried to find the one in the screenshot but I couldn’t seem to find it. Tried checking it with IE11, emulation mode of IE10 and IETester, doesn’t seem to find anything like in the screenshot.

    Cheers!

No worries, we solved the problem! (some old custom code was messing with the website)
