    Hello,

    I have a problem the LayerSlider doesn’t show up on iPhone, but it does show up on Android or Desktop.
    I tried finding the fix online but haven’t found it.

    Hey DylandeBruijn!

    Please go to LayerSlider WP in WordPress dashboard, edit your slider and go to Slider Settings > Layout > Other Settings and make sure that you did not choose to hide slider on mobile.

    Hi Yigit,

    I hid the slider because it wasn’t working on iPhone.
    I unchecked the setting now.
    It shows up as a whitespace on iPhone.

    Hi,

    Did you remove the support account? We would like to access the site again but the login credentials above are not working. Please check if the Slider Settings > Other Settings > Hide on mobile option is enabled.

    Yes I removed the account.
    Meanwhile I fixed the problem.
    For some reason the background doesn’t load properly.
    Now the slider loads fine after I put in a background image.
