    Hi,

    I use video slide in fullwidth easy slider. It doesn’t work on mobile. How can I fix it? It has just one slide. I have to show a short video with an animated logo effect (mp4) on my homepage. Can You propose me another solution?

    Hey lyudmylaz,

    Autoplay videos are disabled on mobile devices due to manufacturer limitations unfortunately.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the answer.
    Can I display an image on mobile instead a video? I mean, could you write for me a code?) I want to use video slide and only on mobile devices display a static picture.

    And one more issue I would like to fix. On homepage of my website I use “Hide header on this page” option and display fullwidth menu instead. There are subitems in this menu and it is not supported on iPhone.

    On the options there should be a fallback image already, to be added for you and for the usage it needs.
