We have an online quote form on this site. We need the “choose location” to be mandatory on the form. It seems to be working on all types of mobile apart from iphones where it seems to let you bypass this option. This can cause problems for our client. Are you aware that this is a problem? Is there a fix for this?
Many thanks

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

November 16, 2016 at 5:18 pm #713055Hi,
we’re lots of moderators living all in different countries. I get the same error (living in Germany). Please remove any blocks, so we all can have access.
Best regards,
AndyNovember 17, 2016 at 5:49 pm #713673That should be it removed for the necessary countries now. We don’t want to remove it completely as the site was hacked by Russians and caused us los of bother.
Let me know if you need anything else changed.
Thanks

NikkoNovember 22, 2016 at 2:32 pm #715322Nikko, we have an ip blocker as the website was badly hacked by Russia – can you tell me where you are based and I will whitelist the country so that you can get access?
Also having no luck with the online form. we are now not receiving the enquiries on the email so missing any leads? can you have a look and see if there is something that I have missed? I’m using the shortcode.
Also can you tell me how to get rid of the extra boxes where I have used a drop down box – I can’t find how to do it.
sorry for the problems but client now getting desperate.
Many thanksNovember 22, 2016 at 3:32 pm #715351Hey!
I am based in Philippines. When you are editing the contact form element, there’s a Form Element Validation, did you set it to Is not empty? The shortcode for the form element (select) only would look something like this:
[av_contact_field label='Country' type='select' options='Austria,Australia,Germany,Philippines,Sweden' check='is_empty' width=''][/av_contact_field]
The shortcode should have this check=’is_empty’. Hope this helps.Best regards,

November 22, 2016 at 3:53 pm #715369I have unblocked the Philippines now so you should get access. I cannot find the Form Element Validation that you are talking about. If you can get access to the back end of the site now could you have a look for me. The form is in the Inbound Form section.
many thanks
KimNovember 22, 2016 at 7:18 pm #715515Hey!
It’s not the Enfold Form, The Inbound Form you are referring is from Leads plugin here is the link to the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/leads/
Try contacting their support since this is already outside the scope of our support.
Cheers!
