    Hi!
I would like to use a gif in one section of my page. The current file size of the gif that I uploaded to my media files is 1920×1280 pixels.
I added it as a background picture in a color-section, using the original size so that I still have the animation.
Now, when I look at it on my 13″ screen, half of the image is cut.
Is there any setting to make it adjust to the screen automatically or do I have to cut it? I would like it to use the whole screen…
Also, is it better to embed it from youtube? The current file size is 6MB, so quite a lot…

    Thanks!
    Best,
    Hanna

    Hey Hanna,

In that case embeding from Youtube could be a better idea. Can you also please post the link to your page so we can see the issue?

    Best regards,

    Hey!

The animated gif, can not be cutted to parts or been responsive and keep been animated, that does not exist.
Better is to uplaod it to youtube while also compress it, so the web site size does not go a lot higher.

Let us know if we can do anything else for you.

    Regards,
    Basilis
