    My layer slider is suddenly not working and having a huge impact on my site and my patients.

    This is what I’m seeing and do not know what to do.

    An update is available for LayerSlider WP!
    You have version 5.6.3. The latest version is 5.6.10.
    New releases contain new features, bug fixes and various improvements across the entire plugin. Set up auto-updates to upgrade to this new version, or request it from the author of your theme if you’ve received LayerSlider from them. Click here to learn more.

    You can find your purchase code by selecting the License Certificate option under LayerSlider’s Download button on your CodeCanyon Downloads page.

    It seems you’ve received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note that the auto-update feature only works if you’ve purchased the plugin directly from us on CodeCanyon.

    Hello Kriesi,

    we do have the same Problem. Our Version 5.6.8. isn’t working any more.
    We updated all plugins and your theme but it did not solve the problem.
    Our client is already pissed…

    Can you help us?

    Hello!

    We just changed a setting of the slider ( just a few Pixels) and saved the Slider again.
    Now its working.
