Hello,
Running 4.6.1 wordpress, the save all options is grayed out so i’m unable to save changes, and i’m unable to add a logo. Tried this on a two fresh installs but no joy.

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.Regards,

You are running a VERY old version of the theme, latest version is 3.8. Please try updating: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
