    I have imported Enfold into WordPress before by going to Appearance > Themes > Import.

    Now it appears the import functionality has been removed from WordPress.com and I am unable to use the theme I have purchased (https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes).

    The work around seems to be to use WordPress.org, but I don’t think my hosting (with Hostagator) supports this???

    How can I use the theme that I’ve paid for now?

    Hey!

    Our premium themes are made for WordPress.org and not WordPress.com.
    You can install WordPress to your server on Hostgator. In control panel they have easy WordPress installation option as far as i know. You can easily install WordPress and then Enfold.
    We cannot help you with installing WordPress however after you install WordPress, we can install the theme for you.

    I have cancelled my WordPress.com account and will attempt to set up a WordPress.org account through Hostagor as soon as my DNS names are updated in the server and I can complete the install.
    Such a costly mistake using WordPress.com – I will never do that again!
