    I am trying to organize a page with a bunch of white paper posts into different categories, so it’s easier to navigate. I’d rather not have to create a page for each of these and then do a submenu. Is there a way to lay this out similar to the blog posts, where there is either a column to the right with different topic links, or a drop down of some sort? A link to the page is in the comments.

    Almost like an ecommerce site where you can filter by a drop down menu or similar, but there would be topics for the filter. I want to be able to choose “employee engagement” for example and have only the white papers that fall under that category to display. Right now the page has a whole list of white papers that you have to scroll forever to see. It would be more user friendly if they could filter for the topic they’re interested in and only see those displayed.

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m still not sure if I’ve understood exactly what you are looking to achieve though. Could you link to a site where this has been implemented already maybe?     Almost like this page, although I don’t necessarily like the setup. They have a “browse by knowledge base” area. It’s practically the same concept as the blogs, where you can assign a category, and then the categories are displayed on the right column where each is clickable and filters the blogs.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the link, there’s nothing like that in theme by default though so you would have to use a plugin or write the functionality from scratch. If you are looking for a freelancer to help you out we recommend Codeable.
