Hello,
Please see attached picture for reference. I want to know how I can make my picture bigger to fill the sides. I changed the sizes myself on the backend, but this is the biggest I can make it.
Also, how can I reduce the size of the sidebar to the left? I want to make it smaller.
Thank you
October 6, 2016 at 7:35 am #695881Hey Wisith,
Please use a colorsection and insert the image inside it.
To reduce the width of the sidebar go to Enfold > General Layout > Sidebar Ratio and define the ration you like here.
Let us know if you have more questions.

VinayOctober 6, 2016 at 6:05 pm #696129Hello,
I am new to this Enfold theme and WordPress platform. What exactly does color section mean? Is there a tutorial for me to format my picture to fill the entire screen?
Thank you
October 6, 2016 at 7:15 pm #696145Hi,
Color section is the layout builder element.
Yes please check documentation here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
Drag and drop the color section element and insert the image element(available under media elements) inside it.

VinayOctober 13, 2016 at 3:27 am #698570Hello,
I followed the instructions for both tasks.
For the sidebar…it seems 80%/20% is the lowest I can go?
Please see below picture
I also followed the instruction for the color section. When I add a picture for the background with an existing picture…this is the result:
How can I remove the inside picture and just have the background picture show? When I delete the picture myself…it becomes like this:

I want to follow up on this question.
Thank you,
October 16, 2016 at 11:08 am #699532Hi,
Yes, 80/20 is the lowest ratio you can set. As for your Color Section element, could you try setting a minimum height to it in the element options?

RikardOctober 16, 2016 at 11:16 pm #699725Hi,
For the color section element, I’ve tried adjust the minimum height. I’ve used 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25%. 100% filled the entire area as I wanted, but the picture appeared to be zoomed in. I’ve also tried custom px with 300 px, 500, and 1000 px. At 1000 px, the picture also very zoomed in. Other options did not display the entire pictures.
I’ve also adjusted the position of the picture, but it did not help.

October 18, 2016 at 5:41 am #700367Hi!
Please try adding the below code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
.responsive .container { max-width: 100%!important; }
If you still have any issue please post us your login credentials in private.
Best regards,
