Hello,
I need to know two things:
1. How to add a new page on this Consulting Demo so when you click on the page, the scroll bar will move by itself to that section?
2. How to add a new page for blog so it opens up a new page altogether?

1- Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/
2- Please go to Appearance > Menus and add your page to your menu. If you have not created your main menu yet, please firstly create it and then check “Enfold main menu” under Menu Settings.
