When I import the Default Demo, it also imports about 60 pages into my wordpress that clutter my pages tab, such as “Blog Grid”, “Blog Multi Author” and so on. It also imported like 20 user comments that I had to delete. Is this normal and why does it do this? Thanks.

Yes it is normal. Many users would like to import everything they see on demo sites and adjust them accordingly later on.
You can import theme options here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/ (we will update with new demos soon). You can use this plugin to clear your database – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ and then you can go to pages you would like to duplicate here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ and post the links to us so we can provide you shortcodes.
