menu page in wp-admin is not working

hi Kriesi
I’m getting something realy weird when i go tho the nav-menus.php page in wp-admin

the text of the page is as follows: (and offcourse there is no way to edit anything)

i tried to update to the latest version but i get an failed error
i can’t edit my menus… i need this to be fixed please
what do you sujest to do?
