I have layerslider plugin that comes with Enfold Theme. The animation on the layers is static on Chrome, Safari and IE. It works on Firefox. Can you tell me what might be going on?

Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help.

StacySeptember 30, 2016 at 4:08 pm #693873Hi,
we can’t see the website’s content, cause of maintenance mode. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Here is the credentials you need to help with my issue.
I also have no animation on the Full Width Slider component. See the Our Capabilities page. I notice on the Construction site Demo the text animates in, is that supposed to be automatic? Or do I need to set that up somewhere?October 4, 2016 at 5:47 am #694868Hi,
In the construction demo, the page preloading option is disabled so you can see the animation caption. We disabled the option temporarily.

I am confused by your last message “…the page preloading option is disabled so you can see the animation caption. We disabled the option temporarily.”Does this mean that the animation for my site is only fixed temporarily? I would like a permanent fix to the animation issues that I stated in the original support request.

October 6, 2016 at 12:19 am #695817Not sure we understood each other on the Animation issue. I was wanting the animations on the elements to work on all browsers as programed by default in regards to the component sliders or how I program them to as far as the Advance Layer goes.
I am not sure why on the “Our Capabilities” page the animation is flying in from the far left on the Fullwidth Easy Slider? I was hoping it would work like it does on the “Operation Maintenance And Monitoring (OMM)” page and the Health and Safety” page.
Also is there a way to set a Parallax image container in the middle of a page that is using a left sidebar? Want to put one in between the upper and lower text on the Health and Safety page?
October 7, 2016 at 10:13 am #696368Hi,
not sure what you mean, because on the link you’ve provided us I can’t find any layer slider at all. So what exactly do you want to achieve? I think a mockup/example showing the results would help us a lot.

AndyOctober 7, 2016 at 3:40 pm #696550The home page is using a layerslider as the hero image. When I originally opened this support ticket, I stated that the animations were not working on the layerslider or on the fullwidth easy slider in the Chrome, IE or Safari browsers. I could only see the animation on Firefox.
Whatever you did, made it so now all transitions on sliders are visible in all browsers that I have tested it in. However, on the Our Capabilities fullwidth easy slider, the caption text flies in from the far left, but on all the other fullwidth easy sliders I have on the sub-menu pages, the caption text fades in from top to bottom at about 80px or less?? Just wondering how to fix it so that this is the same transition (fades in from top to bottom at about 80px or less) on the Our Capabilities page easy fullwidth slider?
My Confusion is with Ismael’s reply:
“Hi,
In the construction demo, the page preloading option is disabled so you can see the animation caption. We disabled the option temporarily.”
What does this mean?Best regards,
StacyOctober 10, 2016 at 12:55 pm #697271Hi,
this is quite confusing to me. We did not do anything with your website. So it’s weird that suddenly things are getting better for you. Sounds like this is caused by a simple cache issue. So clear your browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Ask your host if they are using any kind of caching on your server and tell them to deactivate it.
Best regards,
Andy -
