    Hello,

    I have been using Enfold since June, 2016. However, for the past few weeks there seems to be a problem with the edit view on all the pages. They display the loading symbol but do not load. It will be awesome if somebody can help me.

    Hello Yigit,

    Thank you for the information.

    However, there is no change in the situation regardless of trying all 5 options in the article. I have tried the updates as well but, we have the updated Enfold version 3.6.1

    Is there any other way to fix this problem.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
